No sign-up, no cookies, no tracking. Your list is worked out in your browser and your picks never reach our server. They're remembered only on this device, and "Share list" puts them in the part of the link after #, which browsers don't send to servers.

This is a reading aid, not legal advice. Ratings can lag behind the current terms, so check the linked documents before relying on anything here.

Where the data comes from

Clause ratings, summaries and grades: Terms of Service; Didn't Read (ToS;DR), licensed CC BY-SA 3.0. Changes made: points are grouped across sites, sorted and filtered using our own visitor/account and topic tags, and grades are shown on an A–F scale with no E (ToS;DR's E appears as F).
Saved terms text: Open Terms Archive, licensed ODC-By 1.0. Where it has no copy, ToS;DR's stored copy is used. The terms themselves belong to each site.
Site popularity order: Chrome UX Report by Google, licensed CC BY 4.0, and the Majestic Million, licensed CC BY 3.0.
Our combined data (the catalog plus our visitor/account and topic tags) is shared under CC BY-SA 3.0: download it.
Site names and logos are trademarks of their owners, shown only to identify each site.
